I just wanted to personally write a note of gratitude for the time you spent with me earlier today.
As you may have sensed, I hold a good deal of apprehension with regards to dental work that has resulted from my past experiences.
This has dissuade me from seeking dental work for many years; and lead to my present embarrassing circumstance.
The time, patience and thorough explanations during my appointment have squashed my anxieties and my confidence has returned.
I'm very pleased to have found a doctor that does not participate in the "churn-n-burn" of patients.
And most notable is your professional sensitivity to my discomfort with any oral procedure and the obvious considerations you will make during procedures.
